Jim has been licensed and selling residential real estate in Central Ohio since 1973. In 1980, Jim was one of the principles responsible for RE/MAX's start in the Columbus market. He sells about $10 million in residential real estate per year. A member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, RE/MAX's Platinum and 100% club, he also has been inducted in the RE/MAX Hall Of Fame and achieved the professional designation of CRP (Certified Relocation Professional).
Jim's goal is to provide the highest quality service and representation for his clients. 87% of Jim's business results from referrals and repeat business clients. Over the years, Jim has been a trend setter in marketing and has stayed up to date with the latest in technology to best serve his clients. Jim developed the first New Homes Information Center in Central Ohio and one of the first in the United States. This offered information about various builders where potential buyers were able to obtain vast amounts of information at one central location. Also created and introduced to the Central Ohio market by Jim was his Relocation Information Center, a joint effort with his wife, Sue, President of National Relocation Services.
